How can I pay for my order?

I am happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, or you can pay through PAYPAL.

My shopping cart provides top-notch industry standard SSL encryption to keep customer information secure.

How will my order be shipped?

Once full payment has been received for your order, I will personally package your selections to insure that they arrive safely. Postage will be an additional charge to the retail price and is calculated at checkout. All Items ship via Australia Post - arriving at your location within 3-7 days, depending on your location.

All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are considered final. All pottery being shipped will be well-packed and insured. However, if you find there is a problem with your order please contact us by email so that I can find a solution. If the piece has been damaged in shipping, please take a photo of the damaged item and the box it arrived in and contact your local Australian Post immediately.

How often do you update your online shop?

I will update the online shop after each firing – which can be every month – but there are also times that I may not fire for 2 months. I will try to keep you informed on shop updates through emails, Facebook and Instagram.   

How can I be sure to receive notice of your shop update?

Please sign up for my mailing list. You can do this thru my website or blog.

Can I order something I’ve seen on your website, blog or online shop?

No, sorry.  Not unless it is currently in my online shop.  

Will you make ceramics for wholesale?

No, my work is done in small lots and it would be difficult for me to meet the demands of a wholesale order.  I'm plenty busy creating for my online shop and for individuals that love my work.

Will you take custom orders?

No, sorry.  I'm best at creating my work without the constraints of custom orders.  I love making my one-off pieces that show off my creativity and glazes.  I hope that you can find something among my creations that you love. 

Will you make dinnerware for restaurants?

Possibly.  I would consider inquiries for a small quantiy of pieces if a chef, or designer, is interested in one of kind pieces with a variety of shapes, sizes and glazing
